About the Program
What is REAP?
REAP provides grants and loan guarantees to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements. It is one of the most accessible and impactful federal funding programs available to rural America.
Grants can cover up to 25% of eligible project costs for renewable energy systems — including solar, wind, and anaerobic digesters — and up to 25% for energy efficiency improvements.

Who Qualifies
