Sun Grants Consulting was founded in 2023 by professionals with deep roots in federal grant writing and rural energy development. From day one, our focus has been singular: build the strongest possible applications for our clients and see them through to award.
Our team brings a combined 20 years of experience spanning USDA grant programs, renewable energy project development, and rural business consulting. That foundation means we understand both the technical requirements of grant applications and the real-world projects behind them.
We built our reputation on REAP — the USDA Rural Energy for America Program — achieving a 98% success rate across more than 25 grants submitted in a single round. That track record is the standard we hold ourselves to across every program we work in.
